Why Virtual Life in Sorrento

Prepare to be captivated even through photos and videos – the town of Sorrento is easily described as a paradise by the sea. Its name means “flowing,” inspired by the way the town defines the edge of the limestone cliffs of the Amalfi Coast. This famous, quaint city in Campania is known to be a popular tourist destination, but the small city and friendly people make it easy to feel its charm. Beyond your online studies at Sant’Anna Institute, learn how Limoncello has made Sorrento famous and, until you can hike it in person, peer into the giant crater of Mt. Vesuvius from overhead. After experiencing the Mediterranean lifestyle through our Virtual La Vida Local program, you’ll have the confidence to someday roam the city like a true local.
