The castle is the Queen’s official residence and is also used for state visits and other formal duties. In addition to the Castle, Windsor is home to St. Georges Chapel which has been used for hundreds of Royal weddings, christenings, and funerals. Eton College lies just across the peaceful River Thames, and the city is also a perfect place for nature lovers who can explore Windsor Great Park and weave their way around the castle.
