Are there any particular health concerns for your to prepare for Ireland? Not really! The food does not tend to be too unfamiliar or controversial, the water is potable, and as long as you keep out the cold and the wet, the climate should not present any health challenges. Do make sure, though, to take care of yourself! Eat well, get exercise and sleep, and if you need academic, medical, or emotional support, please do take advantage of the options available to you.
