BOLDLY COMMITTED

At CIS Abroad, we meet you with integrity and a commitment to our mission, vision, and values. Our lives were changed through international experiences. Every day, we strive to create a more connected and compassionate world, one student at a time.

Second Annual #IamIcan Campaign Inspires Students to Study Abroad – Join Us!

For the second year, CIS Abroad is engaging students, advisors, and faculty across U.S. campuses in our #IamICan Campaign. The driving goal of the campaign is to celebrate different identities and empower students with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and beliefs to understand that study abroad is an opportunity for them. We are inviting everyone to participate with us this fall.

NEW Professional Development Opportunity for faculty and staff

CIS Abroad’s Comparative Perspectives on International Education (CPIE) seminar for faculty and staff will provide participants with an international experience of their own in order to help them gain a deeper understanding of the value of international experiences for the students they work with. The broader impact of their participation also has the potential to advance their institution’s internationalization efforts via the follow-on projects they create and implement upon their return.

What Partners Are Saying

Learn as much about the culture as you can before you go, and while you are there, immerse yourself in that culture and live like a local.

I stepped outside of my comfort zone and met so many friends while studying on the Gold Coast, which has allowed me to stay in contact with people on almost every continent. Being a marketing student, this diverse network will also benefit me on a professional level.

Come in with an open mind, make friends, and don’t pass up an opportunity to explore. I now want to go on more adventures and feel more cultured.
