London International Business
London is one of the world’s major business centers, so where better to study international business! The University of Westminster is home to one of the most authentically international business schools in the UK. You can take classes from a cross-section of areas highly relevant to the demands of today’s business world, from global business to business communications.
London Media, Arts, and Design
The University of Westminster’s School of Media, Arts, and Design offers the only summer school of its kind in London. It’s a unique opportunity to study a variety of inspiring, cutting-edge courses in media, communication, and fashion. The School is recognized as one of the best in its field in the UK, so if you wish to gain internationally recognized university credits, a rewarding and exciting experience awaits you. As a CISabroad student you will have full access to the extensive purpose-built facilities, equipped with high-end professional studios, workshops, laboratories, and specialty industry-standard equipment. Among them are 12 professional recording studies, editing suites, photography studios, darkrooms, print and finishing facilities, 3 fashion studios, and a cluster of dedicated fine-arts and illustration studio spaces.
London Liberal Arts
The University of Westminster offers a broad range of classes in the liberal arts that have proved stimulating and enjoyable for past study abroad students.
GPA Required: 2.8. If you find your GPA is lower than the requirement, do not despair! Use the "Contact An Advisor" button on this page or call us to let us know your situation. We'll do all we can to find the right program for you.
How to choose your courses
Now for the fun part! As part of the application process you will be required to complete the CISabroad Course Selection Section of the CISabroad Application. The following instructions will guide you through the steps of choosing your courses.
Course load: 1 class per 3-week summer session (4 US credits)
Course approval: It is best to get 2 classes per session approved before you go abroad. This way you will have plenty of flexibility in setting up your schedule. Consider filling your elective requirements.

Timetables: Classes are held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, giving you plenty of afternoon and weekend time to explore London.
Helpful information
London International Business; London Media, Arts, and Design
Classes are offered at level 4, regarded as introductory, and are equivalent to modules taken by full-time first-year UK university students.
London Liberal Arts
Classes are offered at levels 4 to 6. Level-4 classes are regarded as introductory, equivalent to modules taken by full-time first-year UK university students. Level-5 modules are more challenging academically, while level-6 modules are at the standard demanded of final-year UK university students.
Please note that you will not be registered for your modules until you arrive at the University of Westminster and go through their orientation program. You will, however, be pre-approved for modules ahead of time, and you will be notified early on if any of your module choices are not available for any reason.
