Morning: Arrive in Iceland and transfer to centrally located hostel; CIS Welcome and Orientation
Day: Reykjavik City Walking Tour: Visit The Pearl, the Hallgrimskirkja Church, Tour of Parliament and the Harbour.
Evening: Group Welcome Dinner

Day: Guided history and cultural tour throughout the center of Reykjavik with a visit to the National Museum
Evening: Let’s Talk Iceland Play - a journey throughout the history of Iceland

Day: Golden Circle Day-trip
Visit Þingvellir National Park, located on the border of Iceland’s largest lake this site is home to the ancient Icelandic parliament and a jewel of nature. Afterwards continue to Gullfoss Geysir to visit the geothermal field which overlooks the bubbling water, exploding geysers and incredible waterfall. (Box lunch included) 
Evening: Free time in Reykjavik.

Day: Free time in Reykjavik to visit the Arts Festival or sight-see on your own

Day: Southern Coast Day-trip
This tour is ideal for nature lovers of all kinds. You will have an opportunity to stand behind the plummeting Seljalandsfoss waterfall, walk up to the Skógafoss waterfall and gaze at the formations. 
The group will travel along the South coast of Iceland as far as Vík í Mýrdal a small charming village surrounded by beautiful high bird cliffs. For an additional fee students can opt to Walk on Ice for $55 USD. (Box lunch included)
Evening: Free time in Reykjavik.

Afternoon: Trip to the Blue Lagoon 
This area of steamy waters are part of a lava formation and one of the most visited attractions in Iceland. (Box lunch included)

Day: Horse-back riding tour
Transfer to the Ishestar riding centre and after a short introduction of the horses and staff, the ride starts into the beautiful nature around the center. When the Vikings first came to Iceland about a thousand years ago they brought their horses with them, and no horse has been imported since. An average horse will carry a heavy rider day after day, not just across grassland, but up and down the rockiest of slopes, through rivers and across fields of rough lava. (Box lunch included)

Day: Snaefellsnes Peninsula Tour
The Snaefellsnes Peninsula in Iceland's west is almost like a miniature of the whole country. There are white and black beaches, bird cliffs, spectacular mountains and volcanic craters, incredibly rich trout lakes and salmon rivers lush valleys, unique harbours in charming fishing villages and a world renowned glacier. Depart Reyjavik for Home
