Intern in Barcelona offers custom internship placements in locations throughout the city. You can select a 6 week, 9 week, 12 week, or 15 week internship and there is flexibility in your start date too. We encourage you to stay as long as you can to learn the language, get the most out of your internship placement, and immerse yourself in the local culture.
The internship program is open to all levels of Spanish speakers. However, intermediate to advanced speakers will have more placement options than beginners. Depending on the length of your internship, you will first participate in either a 1- or 2-week on-site Spanish-language course to refresh your skills.
Please keep in mind that these are noncredit internships. You may receive academic credit from your home institution. Please speak with your academic advisor about receiving credit.
